Each communication will have to refer to the one sets of themes of the Forum. This charter aims harmonizing the presentation of the communications and at simplifying the leading work envisaged following the Forum. To in no case, the writers should not use of style sheet, that being likely to cause technical incompatibilities difficult to solve. The graphic charter proposed below is to the minimum reduced so that any user of text processing can implement it without difficulty. If it is really not possible with a writer to implement it, its text could not be accepted that if it agreed on this point with the persons in charge at the beginning for the process. Language of the communication: Imperative limit in length: 25.000 signs maximum (space included and bibliography and appendices included), accompanied by a summary of 20 - 30 lines (in French and English or Spanish or Portuguese) with the Word format or RTF and transmitted for September 15, 2008 to latest, by email exclusively (bond below), with the secretariat of the conference. Bibliography (call of title and
reference at the end of the article) : Quotations: Examples, quotations in other various languages, of which French: Use of an abbreviation of three/ four letters preceding the example (e.g. mau (Mauritian), mar (inhabitant of Martinique), followed example in italics.
