Each communication will have to refer to the one sets of themes of the Forum.

This charter aims harmonizing the presentation of the communications and at simplifying the leading work envisaged following the Forum.

To in no case, the writers should not use of style sheet, that being likely to cause technical incompatibilities difficult to solve. The graphic charter proposed below is to the minimum reduced so that any user of text processing can implement it without difficulty. If it is really not possible with a writer to implement it, its text could not be accepted that if it agreed on this point with the persons in charge at the beginning for the process.

Language of the communication:
French, English.

Imperative limit in length: 25.000 signs maximum (space included and bibliography and appendices included), accompanied by a summary of 20 - 30 lines (in French and English or Spanish or Portuguese) with the Word format or RTF and transmitted for September 15, 2008 to latest, by email exclusively (bond below), with the secretariat of the conference.

The communications will be examined by the leading committee of the Forum which will give an opinion for presentation and possible publication.


Graphic charter

Title of workshop
To indicate workshop for which you make a proposal for a communication

Identity of the author:
To indicate, at the head article, in top on the left: the name of the author, his/his first names, its institutional fastening.
To privilege the wording of institutional fastening in short (a half line to the maximum).
If necessary and useful, to give additional information on institutional fastening in a note.

Page-setting:
The limits of the framework are:
Higher margin: 2,5

Paragraphs:
Interlines 1,5
Titles/subtitles:
Three level hierarchical of titles maximum, including the title of the article.
Not to use classification of the paragraphs.
All the titles will be centered:

Title level 1 (title of the article): CAPITAL LETTERS + FATTY (not of small capitals)
Title level 2: Tiny + fatty
Title level 3: tiny fats + Italic

Bibliography (call of title and reference at the end of the article) :
Author, initial of first name (S), year, Title superset, “title subset”, place of edition, editor.
E.g. : Chaudenson, R., 1974, creole speech of the Meeting, Champion.

Quotations:
Less than three lines, in the text, more than three lines, separately. The quotations which are neither in English French nor must be translated.

Examples, quotations in other various languages, of which French: Use of an abbreviation of three/ four letters preceding the example (e.g. mau (Mauritian), mar (inhabitant of Martinique), followed example in italics. The examples must be made understandable.

Spelling:
For the languages not normalized officially on the orthographical level, to propose “intuitive” spelling which do not require clarification, or to justify more complex choices, and in this case, to give the orthographical rules in appendix.

International Phonetic Alphabet: to avoid, except imperative need (instead of using a complex sign, one can often easily describe the phoneme concerned with its features), because of complexities related to the bills of character different, not always compatible with all the graphic pilots and pilots of printers.

Leading responsibility:
The scientific names editors will appear on the cover. According to the place available, specific Co-editors , collaborators, participants will appear in cover. The whole of the collaborators will appear in the interior pages.
It will be specified in volume that the edition of this work was subjected at reading panel, and the composition of this one will be indicated.
